Irish tattoos



Many people around the world wear Irish designed tattoos. People often get them to show their legacy. You can find it in stonework, in ancient manuscripts. An Irish Celtic knotwork is older than 400BC. To Irish people the tattoos hold a special meaning. So if you're going to get an Celtic tattoo, it's best to know the tattoo meaning, but sometimes the meaning can be personal. People don't know much about them. Most of the tattoos are inspired by Irish illuminated manuscripts. The Celts started tattooing when their stone and metalwork began.
